  • Environmental management

Our priority lies in minimizing the environmental impacts from our operations by optimizing water management, gearing our actions towards reducing emissions into the air, working to manage waste, improving prevention and spill response systems, as well as considering biodiversity as a key element.

Our activity incorporates enviornmental criteria through our environmental management system, which is based on a set of standards, procedures, technical guides, tools, and indicators applied to all of the company's operations and facilities. Additionally, some of our work centers boast the ISO 14001 international certification.

Striving for excellent management

Each and every one of the resources we need to carry out our activity are used responsibly and we anticipate possible impacts to minimize and remedy them.
  • Optimizing water consumption
We manage water responsibly and preserve its quality.
  • Protecting air quality
We look after air quality to prevent impacts on local communities and ecosystems.
  • Reducing waste
We strive to maximize the reduction, reuse, and recycling of the waste we generate.
  • Anticipating possible impacts
    Anticipating possible impacts
We have stringent processes in place to prevent and remedy possible spills.

Biodiversity

We integrate initiatives aimed at guaranteeing the conservation of the biodiversity of the places where we are present. We also participate in projects dedicated to research, education, and raising awareness.

repHEN, a system for improving refinery efficiency

Our commitment to the environment is reflected once again in this project. We reduce our energy consumption thanks to repHEN, a system for measuring the level of fouling of the heat exchangers and prioritizing improvement actions.
